Shipping Locations

Domestic (Pan India)
Dream Of currently ships across India, with a few exceptions depending on courier serviceability. You can check delivery availability by entering your PIN code at checkout.

International Shipping
At the moment, Dream Of does not ship internationally.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for select locations.
An additional COD handling charge may apply, which will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

In rare cases, dispatch may take slightly longer due to high order volumes, launches, or unforeseen operational delays. If this happens, we will keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered withinΒ 2-7 business days across India.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Shipping location

  • Courier partner operations

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays or festive periods

  • Other unforeseen logistical disruptions

Order Cancellation

Regular Orders
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier) with your order IDΒ on hello@dreamof.in or 7208090346

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Sale or Promotional Periods
Orders placed during sales, promotional campaigns, or product launches cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery orders must be accepted at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Repeated delivery refusal

the package may be returned to our warehouse.Β In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be sent again.

If a customer repeatedly refuses COD orders, Dream Of reserves the right to restrict or disable COD as a payment option for future purchases.

Orders that are returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or repeated delivery failure may also lead to COD restrictions on future orders.
