At Dream Of, every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

As our products fall under personal care and hygiene, they are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchange once sold. However, if something goes wrong during shipping, we’re here to help.

1. No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

Β Products purchased from Dream Of are not eligible for return, refunds or exchange once sold (since the items are classified under β€œHygiene, health and personal care products”).

Due to the hygiene, safety, and personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Dissatisfaction with fragrance or texture

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists before purchasing.


2. Exceptions for Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments

We will offer a replacement in the following situations:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your package was lost in transit

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item at the earliest.

Note:
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
No returns if the product is used, opened, or tampered with.
If eligible, we’ll send a replacement. If not, the item will be sent back to you.


3. Reporting an Issue

  • Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
  • Any issues (such as missing or damaged items) must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • A clear, unedited unboxing video must be recorded from start to finish while opening the package. This video should clearly show:
  • The condition of the packaging.
  • The video and supporting images must be submitted to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for the request to be considered. Note: Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

4. Courier-Related Damage

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please record the condition immediately and notify us with video evidence so we can take the matter up with the courier partner.


5. Strict Quality & Packing Checks

  • All orders are packed under strict supervision and recorded on our warehouse cameras.
  • If our records confirm that the correct items were packed and shipped, we will not be responsible for any missing products.
